OK, both are catchy, but Billy's is catchy in a kid way... The Not Its are catchy in a Devo "We Have Experienced the Early 80's Drug Culture" sort of way. I prefer my kids be kids until they are old enough to appreciate Depeche Mode... Go Milk!!!!
